Do EZY-HOP provide a warranty?
Yes — we offer a 1 year warranty on each working platform, to address defects occurring after manufacturing.
What is covered in the warranty?
Coverage includes replacement of faulty parts. Exclusions encompass normal wear and tear, modifications, poor storage or maintenance, accidental damage, improper use, abuse, theft and loss.
Are replacement parts available?

Can I use my EZY-HOP platform in the rain?
Yes — it is constructed from glass-reinforced nylon. We recommend periodically rinsing your platform to remove dirt and debris from the precision fit tapers.
How long will it take for me to receive my EZY-HOP?
In-stock items are despatched the following working day after your order is placed. If a stock issue arises after you have placed and paid for your order, we will provide you with an estimated lead time and expected delivery date — or a full refund if you decide not to wait.
